Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and aligned with EU and Dutch consumer laws.

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (EU right of withdrawal).
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unwashed (for clothing)
    • Unused (for products and games)
    • In original condition
    • With all original packaging, seals, and tags intact
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or odor cannot be returned.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items / discounted items
  • Limited edition releases
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Board games or products with opened packaging or broken seals

 

How to Request a Return

Send an email to elunionshop@gmail.com with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

 

We will respond with return instructions.

 

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

 

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.


 

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

 

We will replace the item at no extra cost.
